Da Vinci Boycott?

I read in our local paper that Archbishop Angelo Amato, the second ranking person in the Vatican's doctrinal office, has urged Catholics to boycott "The DaVinci Code" movie (and presumably the book).

Geez! Doesn't the Archbishop realize that by doing that he's probably increased by half the number of people (including Catholics) who will go see the film? "Banned in Boston" still sells.
