Just felt a small earthquake, about 1410 PDT. My subjective observation is that it seemed to travel from north to south, i.e., the first movement of our house was toward the south. At this writing it is not posted on the USGS California earthquake map
here, but I will update this entry when I can get data as to location and Richter number.
UPDATE, 1433 PDT: The quake was 4.6 intensity, epicenter about 70 miles out in the Pacific Ocean bearing WSW (250 degrees) from Coronado, CA. If the quake caused a tsunami, the wave has already struck San Diego area beaches, since tsunamis travel several hundred miles per hour.
